How much do your party plans cost?
We offer the finest team of DJ's and MC's in the state. Each of our entertainers have been in the wedding industry for 15+ years and bring a level of professionalism that exceeds what you will find elsewhere. More importantely, they have been trained extensively in the art of FUN. We understand that cost is always a factor but do you want a DJ that will just barely meets or rather highly exceeds your expectations? You decide- call us for a quote today!
Do you have payment options?
Of course we do! We strive to make your special day or event as stress-free as possible. Unstructured payment schedules allow payment over time, with monthly installments agreed upon during the consultation. We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Master, Visa, Discover and personal in-state checks. The final balance is due and payable at your final planning, two (2) weeks before your event. And always, the initial consultation is FREE. Check pricing options on our website here!

They are your reception director and event coordinator. We understand that each event is different and make a point to ensure you and your guestss feel it is a once in lifetime event.
What is your availability?

Who will be our entertainer?
When you reserve your date with us, one of our experienced entertainers in assigned to your event. As we narrow down the planning process, an alternate entertainer may be selected to best suite the event's needs. Personality, experience, and the type of event being thrown are just a few of the factors considered when matching an entertainer with your special day!
What attire does the entertainer wear to my event?
The entertainer's attire depends on the dress attire assigned to your event. If your event is formal, such as a wedding, anniversary or corporate party, our entertainers (DJs) will arrive in tuxedos. All other events only semi- formal attire will be required unless otherwise specified by the client.
Will you take requests during the event?

Is your company licensed and insured?
Times of Your Life Entertainments is a licensed entertainment company and carries liability insurance. All DJ's will always have both on hand, but feel free to inquire with further questions during the initial consultation.
Do I pay for travel and set up of the entertainer?
Outside of the North Central Florida tri-county area travel fees may be applicable, though there are never set up fees associated with your event. Our entertainers arrive at your reception an hour before guest arrival.
Do I need a reception coordinator?
At Times of Your Life Entertainment we are experienced party coordinators. Part of our role is to make all traditional announcements and coordinate with other event vendors, such as venues, caterers, photographers and video. Communication and cooperation between both you and your DJ is essential for a well-coordinated party. We welcome, however, working with event coordinators as the client has hired for the event!
Should we give our entertainer a gratuity?
A gratuity is a way of saying "thank you" to your entertainer for making your day memorable. We love what we do and it shows- if you feel so inclined, show your DJ your gratitude!
How do I reserve an entertainer for my event?
A retainer of $200.00 will hold your reception date, desired time slot, and experienced entertainer.
